Refunds & Cancellations:

• Deposits are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event date. Any cancellations made after this period will result in a non-refundable deposit.

• Full payments excluding deposits are refundable up to 5 days prior to the event due. Any cancellations made after the 5 day period will result in a 50% refund.

• Any and all weather permitted cancellations can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

• If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please do so as soon as possible.

Please Note:

• Belle Epoque Picnic Co DOES NOT currently supply food or beverages. Any and all food must be supplied by the event holder and or your chosen catering company. As we expand our policies and offerings will change.
